Sprout produced this series of culinary adventures at Holmen Lofoten, above Norway’s Arctic Circle, alongside founder and host chef Valentine Warner. Taking place five times a year, throughout the seasons, twenty guests gathered each time with a rolling programme of inspiring guest chefs, bartenders, artists and wildlife specialists.
